I am really ticked off with Rob Thomas! How can he do this to Veronica and Logan?! Veronica did something similar to Troy, but Troy was not like Logan at all. Doesn't Veronica realize that Logan would never do anything to to hurt her. I mean come on, he was gambling! He wasn't on top of some girl!! ROB SUCKS!
There she goes again, now Logan's car. What a B****! I'm really disappointed with this season so far. They are making Veronica out to be a regular Mildred Harnack. Could it be!! She had a change of heart, oh my goodness hell has frozen over. |

This is the first time in about a year i've gotten to watch Veronica in real time (I live in Canada) but I must say I was very happy with this episode although I didn't like what Veronica was doing the ending more then made up for it. I can't wait for next week.
I also loved the shout out to Madison Sinclair! |

Wow!!! I'm shocked she admitted she had trust issues and that she is trying.
The preview looks good with Logan meeting Keith and the 20 questions. Plus, all of Veronica's rules for Logan before he even makes it inside. ![]() Rach part of the fab five(Misa05,Silver,Sis,and KoolChicka) me agarraste mi corazon y me dejaste sin palabras ( You Seized My Heart & Left Me Without Words) |

AWW! There was a kinda good LoVe scene. I might forgive Rob, but only a little. He needs to get his butt in gear and give us some good LoVe!

No, I'm sorry....I absolutely loved the episode......I know Veronica was untrusting...but that last scene just made the entire show.....Veronica trying to act unnaturally and dragging Logan away.....AHHH!!! SQUEAL!!!!!!!
I loved seeing V's face as the other girl said she lost the guy she loved....I honestly thought V was gonna spill it out right there to Logan that she loves him. I know people are mad at V, but I so loved the whole thing...I'll talk more later when I'm more coherent |

That was a really sweet ending with Veronica pulling Logan away to go up to the dark area where the "guide" book is and, when they are on the step the kissed *sigh*. I hope their are great moments for LoVe like this in the coming episodes.

Me? I loved it!!! I'm still squeeing at the end. Veronica admitted a lot of stuff this episode.... That she had trust issues, she was sad about Logan, she went crazy for love, and everything...AWWW... That was too cute about the closed sign and Logan looked so nervous and everything. I loved this episode. Not very noir, but VERY squee worthy. We didn't really figure out anything, though.

Why oh why must RT toy with my emotions by giving us good Logan for the first 2 episodes just to turn him into his old obligitory (sp?) jackass self... just to have him prove himself worthy at the last minute :)
Overall not a bad episode, altho left me throughly disapointed thru most of it... too much lack of trust and all... I did like the whole playbook mystery tho, can someone tell me where I've seen both of the guys from the football team (The one who's girlfriend stole the book from him's name is escaping me right now, and Pop - that was the other guy right?) Still don't like Piz... Where were Mac and Wallace?! Nice to see Weevil tho, is it me or did he put on some weight, or muscle, his neck just looks huge now... Can't wait till next week it looks like its going to be a REALLY good episode!!!! Ok well I hope that everyone else had a good week :) night! |

SQUEEEEEEEEEEEE! The ending awesome! Veronica finally admitted that she had trust issues. And may I say again SQUEE the ending so fantastic. Seriously I was jumping up and down and running like a mad women.
I also liked how she did take off the bug because she knows that it's wrong. Also if I'm not mistaken did she have some mopey sad song on while lying on her bed? (Donut Run anyone?) Awesome epi for LoVe fans. To me anyways. ETA: Quote: Well at least for me the Pop dude; I know him from 8 Simple Rules for like an episode in season 3. I'm seriously re-watching! Can't get enough! Quote: Me too! Yea, Madi was a bitch but she was lovable to me anyways. So there's hope she might appear. ![]() |

I think that final scene may be my favorite LoVe scene ever, if not, it's really high up there. Wow. That was a great final scene and did you notice as it was fading to black, she put her head on his chest.
I'm really, really glad they had the last two scenes involving the LoVe storyline because had they not, I would have been so upset. I actually thought it was all handled really well. This one is definitely my favorite of the season so far and I think a rewatch will make it better. I don't have a problem when Logan and Veronica have problems when it comes fluidly out of the characters and the story, as this did. My only problems with this episode were (a) the gender politics, could they make the feminists and lampooners any more cliched if they tried?! Arrrgghh. And finally, Piz, is just so, so, so very not a lead character. He's so blah and just not important ... at all. Loved the return of Weevil. SERIOUSLY! LOVED THE RETURN OF WEEVIL!! I loved that Keith liked him, I loved that it made perfect sense, but wasn't bad about Weevil, that Keith had to fire him and I loved how Veronica got him the job, but I'm rather bummed he won't be working at MI anymore. I could have so gotten by that. I think the only thing that would have made this episode better would have been no Piz, and a Logan/Weevil scene. Overall, this one is the by far the best they've had in awhile. |

I loved this episode! Veronica to me rocked, even with the mistrust. I mean everything she said at the end during her apology was true, and I don't blame her. I mean look at all the things she has been through, even if it is Logan. I'm just glad that they have matured enough in their relationship to get past this and forgive and forget. I also loved the "read between the lines" scenes. For instance when Trish was talking in the end about Kurt. The effect on Veronica was awesome, especially since Trish used the word love. I think we're getting closer to our dear Veronica saying, "I love you," cross your fingers. I loved all the LoVe moments and next week is going to we so AWESOME!
I LOVE Weevil, I never realized how much I would miss him and how funny he is. WELCOME BACK! I love Weevil's whole story line. And finally we get more dialogue between Keith and Weevil, other than the usual, "Sheriff...Eli." And I know some people wanted Veronica to go to Logan (I too thought she was going to use her key) but in her defense she thought Logan was in Mexico. And finally how awesome was the last line of the show. She puts up the closed sign, makes out with her hot boyfriend and says a great line to end it. "Let's fine you that guide book, which I think is on the top lonely dark floor." PRICELESS! Tiera

I think my favorite line of the night goes to Veronica. It was funny, it was quippy, it was also vulnerable and telling and said so much that she said it and that we got action to those words earlier. The line would be: "I'm trying to act unnaturally."

Agreed, JenniferH. I'm not sure why people had the problem with the jealousy. It was in character and it Veronica was wrong about the cheating... THANK THE LORD! But, I think it helped that I was spoiler *blushes* and I knew they wouldn't break up. For people who weren't spoiled, I could understand their frustration.
I loved how Veronica ACTUALLY admitted she was wrong and kissing up the stairs and hugging him...I loved all the LoVe moments. On another note, I loved Weevil, but unfortunately thought Piz was pretty pointless. Also, the playbook was not a fabulous MOTW... It was good because it intertwined with LoVe but the actor who played the football player had a monotone, which was a little annoying. I loved the Weevil/Keith reaction. Yes, I did notice the mopey music after the Logan "fight"... ![]() |

Glad to see Weevil back. Hate he's delegated to janitorial status, but his storyline was very realistic as to what happens to ex-cons.
Hated the feminists v. the lampooners. Neither side is funny or sympathetic. And the end with one of the feminist being raped. What kind of message is RT sending? If you're a carefree woman (Parker) with strong beliefs (Christie?), then you're a target for a rapist. What? Are you kidding me? Gah, I'm so ready for this arc to be over with. Piz is like a small child on too much chocolate. He's definitely a channel changing character. The Dean amused me, but so does EBJ. Loved the L/V scenes. Like Jennifer, I'd rather see them have internal problems than external ones. I thought Veronica was way too clingy and mistrustful. Granted, if my b/f ditched me to play poker and I found out later, I'd be pissed. But I wouldn't immediately go to "he has to be cheating" either. He wouldn't get any nookie for the next few days. That's all. I like that Logan actually said something about Veronica's behavior. I'm glad he wasn't taking her crap, tucking his tail between his legs and begging to be back in her graces. He made his point, and thought about his own behavior and apologized. Same with Veronica. The girl needs to let the past be in the past. There's no way she can build a future if she's constantly looking behind her. Wow, that's the most I've said about an ep in a very long time. Must mean I'm thawing. Fanfiction... the cure for the bad TV writer.

Still squeeing!!!!!!
"I'm trying to act unnaturally." Priceless. Gonna go out on a line: I don't hate Piz! He didn't make a pass at V, he had some funny lines, and he connected into the story. And unless he and V suddenly look at each other from across the room, run to the middle, profess their love, and start making out, I think I'll stay good with him. I also noticed the mopey music. It made me sure for the first time, along with her head on his chest in the end, that V was with Logan because she wanted to be, not because of him saving her, and that saving here was more of a make up for the whole "sleeping with a bimbo after I promised I wouldn't" thing. Squee!!!!!!! ![]() |

I'm still incoherent, but does anyone have the ability to post clips online? I'm DYING to see that last scene again....sigh..the library is my new favorite location...I think it's season 3's version of the girls' bathroom.
But seriously, can anyone post it???? It was such a good LoVe moment, I want to see it all over again! |

Okay, on the shallow end -- in the first scene towards the end, did anyone else find Jason's delivery of the pause and then word "political" extremely sensual? Gah!! That was a hotburn! moment!! Wowza!!!
Yes, Mia, I agree so much about the feminists/lampooners -- it's just so cliche and so terribly bad. This show does gender lines and rape (her name was Claire by the way) so very, very badly. What possessed RT to make rape the main mystery arc? But I loved everything else about the episode and I liked at least how it was all tied together. That is my favorite thing when it happens, all the pieces tying together and flowing into and out of each other and this episode did that BEAUTIFULLY! Piz -> radio job -> to football player motw -> to trish doing something wrong for good reasons, but losing the guy she loves -> Veronica realizing she was pushing Logan away with her mistrust Veronica seeing Weevil -> leading to job with Keith -> leading to the discussion of Veronica reforming bad boys -> dovetailing with the Logan/Veronica relationship arc this week Veronica being called to see Dean -> leading to being there when his car was messed up -> leading to getting Weevil fixing the car -> leading to Weevil finding the CD -> leading to Veronica realizing who trashed the car -> leading to solving her problem with Dean and getting Weevil a job at Hearst Veronica being called to see Dean for follow-up -> being there when the Lampooners/Femisists are there -> leading to Veronica being in the middle of that fight and hearing about the Dean's car -> leading to Weevil fixing the car -> and Veronica recognizing what is going on completely when it happens on the radio Piz going for the radio job -> getting the radio job -> having his first show be the feminists/lampooners -> Veronica listening because Piz bugged her like hell TO listen (8 emails! Geez!) -> Veronica listening when news of the new rape came out All of that -- all of it! -- coming together and weaving and interweaving beautifully. I love it. Reminds me of my fave episode Ruskie Business which I loved for the same reason. |
